AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH I got slagged

Yup.
He did it again.
Forget the fact that he hasn't complied with some of the divorce judgement.
Forget that he claims he has signed an order and mailed it to his attorney on 2 occasions but yet no one has seen hide nor hair of it.

Today.... He got my blood pressure soaring! I was absolutely shaking from my efforts to restrain myself in the face of such blatant idiocy? stupidity? lies? I don't know, I don't care, I'm glad they are gone.

He handed me a check today for 4 weeks. ($1400.00). He wrote on the check Child support, month of February.

I checked my spreadsheet and I told him, that this doesn't bring him current for the month of February, this brings him current to 2-9-08.

I explained he is paying for:
1/12 to 1/19
1/19 to 1/26 700.00

1/15 to 2/2
2/2 to 2/9 700.00

Which means, his next payment is due: 2/23/08 ---YES, 2/23/08 is at the end of February, but I can see him coming in on 3/1/08 and resuming his payments. So, I tried to make it clear that he is paying up to 2/9/08 and the next payment will be due 2/23/08... Then he informs me.

I get paid every 2 weeks. (yeah, tell me something I didn't know)
I'm paying you a week in advance. (Now that, is news to me)

I said, your not.
He said I am

--(This is where I started shaking with restraint and I said) Well, I'm not going to talk to you about it. Here's the print out accounting for your payments.

And that.... is when I got all the kids in thier jackets and ushered them out the door... then he says. "When do the kids have another day off?"
I said, "I don't know I'll have to look at their calendar"
He said, "Good, because I want to take them on a trip"

Hmmmmmmm sounds like he was just saying that to get to me... doesn't it.

Ahhhhh I feel much better now, thanks for letting me vent.
I emailed my attorney to make sure she is aware that I want to move forward and get him back into to court to get him to comply with the judgement...

And my heart rate is slowing down... Time for my weight watchers meeting.
